TITAN TUBE PULLING SYSTEMS

Specialised Sales and Services have exclusive rights to make available to you the world's most advanced tube pulling equipment for high speed / high force pulling guns and tube spinners. Titan Tube Pullers have a capacity to extract up to 76mm (3”) of tube using a 45 tonne pulling force.

After the Titan Tube Puller has freed the tube from the tube sheet, our tube spinner takes over and runs the tube out of the vessel at speeds of up to 25 meters per minute.

The Tube Pullers and Tube Spinners are available with electric Hydraulic or pneumatic/hydraulic power units.

For rapid high speed tube extraction after the expansion joint is pulled free

Model TS-2 to suit tubes up to 1½” O.D. electric-hydraulic three phase, “BIG HORSE POWER”
Fully self contained hydraulic system with adjustable speed flow control.
Manageable by hand or hang from a spring balancer.
Pulls/reacts safely against the tube sheet or the rear of a pulling cylinder.
Uses interchange front collars and spinning wheels for maximum tube range and versatility.
Pulling speeds up to 25m per minute.
Use simultaneously during pulling operations for maximum production.
Requires only 150mm tube protrusion to capture the tube.
